6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Custom orders are non-refundable once placed into production. Please review the full policy before purchasing.

7. Firearms & Legal Compliance

PGI Safe sells safes and security storage products — we do not sell firearms. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the storage and use of firearms and other regulated items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on pgisafe.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of PGI Safe or its respective brand partners and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without express written permission.
