PGI Safe is committed to getting your order to you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Most standard in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time — contact us before ordering for availability and estimated timelines.
Shipping Methods by Weight
Items under 150 lbs ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment. Items 150 lbs and over ship via FedEx LTL Freight with curbside delivery. Freight delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, though delivery times vary by location. A freight carrier representative will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on qualifying in-stock orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to freight upgrades, special delivery services, or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Curbside vs. Upgraded Delivery
All freight shipments are delivered curbside by default. This means the carrier will bring your safe to the curb in front of your property — not into your garage, home, or building. Upgraded delivery options (garage delivery, in-home placement) may be available for an additional fee. Contact us at 941-404-SAFE to inquire about upgraded delivery in your area.
Freight Delivery Restrictions
Freight carriers may not be able to deliver to certain locations, including dead-end roads, cul-de-sacs, congested downtown areas, certain apartment buildings, military bases, and other restricted locations. If you have concerns about freight delivery to your address, please call us before placing your order so we can find the best delivery solution for you.
Safes Over 2,000 lbs
Safes and vault doors exceeding 2,000 lbs require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive the shipment. Please coordinate with us in advance if your order falls into this category.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect your delivery carefully before signing. If the packaging appears damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Contact us immediately at sales@pgisafeandlock.com or 941-404-SAFE with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. PGI Safe is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address correction fees charged by carriers will be passed on to the customer.
