Returns

We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@pgisafeandlock.com or call 941-404-SAFE to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

We strongly encourage you to keep all original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving your order. If a return is needed, the item must be returned in its original packaging. PGI Safe will not be responsible for any additional packaging costs incurred if the original packaging has been discarded.

Restocking Fees

Returns on non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee to cover original outbound shipping costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. PGI Safe takes full responsibility for defective products and shipping damage.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a delivery that is not damaged, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom-built safes, special color finishes, and special-order configurations cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed into production. Please confirm all specifications carefully before ordering a custom product.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@pgisafeandlock.com or 941-404-SAFE. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been picked up by the carrier, standard return and restocking policies apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
